Privacy Policy:

Privacy issues are important to us.

Be assured that any information provided to Satori Digital Marketing will be held in strict confidence.

We will not disclose, rent or sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties.

All associated information and documentation provided by you will be held in strict confidence and under normal circumstances will never be shared with any third party. In the case of fraudulent transactions, information and documentation may be shared with investigative agencies and legal authorities.


For Hosting: All sales are final for any pre-paid hosting. You may cancel hosting not yet paid for.

Web Design/Programming: Deposits are non-refundable but a refund for any work not yet performed minus a ten percent overhead fee is available if notified by a phone call or in writing within five business days of the scheduled start of the work.

Search Engine Optimization: All sales are final once the work is started and cannot be reversed or cancelled.


The client will pay for any work done by Satori Digital Marketing up to the point at which the work or service has been cancelled. Though cancellation may be due to the level of satisfaction in a project, all sales are final and nonrefundable. To avoid cancellation due to dissatisfaction, detailed task lists, descriptions, examples, etc, should be given to the provider at the beginning of the project. Satori Digital Marketing is not liable for the client’s judgement on the provider’s style, standard, and/or work ethic and the customer will be solely responsible for the final decision to request a project from said provider. No refunds will be made for any work which has been completed.

General Terms for Blueprinting and/or Web Design/Development:

All materials needed from client to begin project will be submitted before work on the project can begin. If receipt of needed materials is delayed long enough that the project cannot meet the agreed deadline, the deadline will be re-negotiated.

All blueprinting, website design and marketing projects require customer approval before the final payment is made on projects where payments are split. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors. Upon approval the client accepts the graphic art design, layout, and content of the project as is. Final payment for work constitutes final approval by client. Further requests for changes once approval has been given will be at the client’s expense.

In the event, the client discovers an error within 14 calendar days of site design, it is understood that:

Errors caused by the programming of the site/application may be re-programmed / optimized / addressed at the expense of Satori Digital Marketing, and will be at the discretion of Satori Digital Marketing. Errors caused by lack of complete or appropriate specifications by the client will be corrected at the customer’s expense.

Errors, including typographical or grammatical, not corrected during client approval will be corrected at the customer’s expense.

Dissatisfaction with the general look, layout, color, art, or content are not covered under warranty of service and are non-refundable.

Any changes to the originally approved specifications are billable at the client’s expense.


Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Satori Digital Marketing be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Refunds for design/development already completed are not available.

Registrar delays in hosting are not in the control of Satori Digital Marketing and are not available for refunds.
